Bright on Track Terms and Conditions

Hygiene

Cleanliness and hygiene are of paramount importance to us. It of concern that a number of guests choose not to sleep between the sheets provided for them. If you bring your own bedding please remove our blanket and bedspread and leave the sheets on the bed.For obvious health reasons and out of respect for your hosts and subsequent patrons, all persons must sleep between the sheets. Failure to comply will incur an additional laundering fee of $40 per item being immediately charged to your credit card.

Please ensure that all waste is collected and bagged. All crockery to be left on sink. Leave rooms reasonably tidy as you vacate. An excess cleaning fee may be charged.

Number of Guests per room

The number of guests per room are determined by the number of beds available. We will happily supply a cot for infants by arrangement. We will accept one further guest for a tariff of $30 by arrangement. One child under 2 years is free but no bed will be provided. Unregistered guests will NOT be accepted. Please do not abuse our hospitality.

Deposits & Full Payments

A deposit of 1 night's booking amount is charged immediately to secure a booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard.

Full payment is due on arrival.

Cancellation & Refunds

The deposit is refundable, less $50.00 administration levy, if cancellation occurs more then 14 days prior to arrival date (the deposit may be transferred in full to a later booking date).

Re-bookings can only be made for available times and to the value of the original booking and are at the discretion of the Manager. Any increase in tariffs must be covered by the guests.

No cancellation within 7 days of arrival date. Full booking fee will be charged.


Check In and Check Out Times

Check in Time is from 2:00pm (14:00 hours)

Check out Time is before 10:00am (10:00 hours)

Smoking

Bright on Track is smoke free inside. However, guests can smoke outside where ashtrays are provided under cover. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be debited to your credit card if evidence of smoking inside is found.


Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is for the use of guests only. Others may use the pool at Management’s discretion only.

Glass may not be brought into the pool enclosure.

The Spa pool is heated when required by guests. Just ask at reception and allow 2 hours to heat.


Pets

Bright on Track does not accommodate pets.
